These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sakhne marketing website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational and marketing website for the Sakhne food-ordering and delivery platform serving Türkiye and Syria. It presents information about our service, lets you submit enquiries, and links to our mobile and web applications. The Site itself does not process food orders; ordering takes place within the Sakhne apps and is subject to their own terms.

You may use the Site only if you can form a legally binding contract and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. By submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site;
• scrape, copy, or harvest content except as permitted by law;
• submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms.

The Site and its content — including the Sakhne name, brand, logo, text, graphics, and design — are owned by Sakhne or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use the Sakhne brand or logo, or reproduce our content, without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and app stores that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakhne and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Türkiye will have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
